GPUCONNECT LIMITED Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://gpuconnect.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal account, Amazon account, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
Enhanced Conversions data. When you complete a conversion on our Site (for example, placing an order or submitting a checkout/contact form), we may capture first-party identifiers you provide—such as your name, email address, phone number and postal address—for the limited purpose of Google Ads Enhanced Conversions. Before transmission to Google, we hash these identifiers using a one-way SHA-256 algorithm. This helps improve ads attribution and conversion measurement in a privacy-preserving way.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
To measure advertising performance (Enhanced Conversions). Where permitted by your cookie/consent choices, we use hashed first-party identifiers you provide at conversion to help measure and attribute conversions from our Google Ads. Google uses the hashed data to match against signed-in Google accounts that interacted with our ads, helping us understand campaign effectiveness. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). We may also use this information for advertising and/or retargeting with relevant products and services.
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store--you can read more about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site--you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We also share hashed first-party identifiers with Google Ads to support Enhanced Conversions. The hashing is performed using SHA-256 before transmission, and Google uses the hashed data solely to attribute conversions and improve measurement (for example, by matching to Google accounts that interacted with our ads). Learn more about Enhanced Conversions in Google’s help centre.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
ENHANCED CONVERSIONS (GOOGLE ADS)
We use Google Ads Enhanced Conversions to improve conversion measurement. When you convert on our Site, we may hash (using SHA-256) certain identifiers you provide (such as email, name, phone or address) and send the hashed values to Google. Google may match the hashed data with signed-in Google accounts that interacted with our ads to attribute conversions. This happens only in line with your cookie/consent choices. We do not sell your personal data. See Google’s description of Enhanced Conversions for more information.
BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For more information about how targeted advertising works, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s (“NAI”) educational page at http://www.networkadvertising.org/understanding-online-advertising/how-does-it-work.
In addition to cookies and pixels used for behavioural advertising, we may use Google Ads Enhanced Conversions. When you convert on our Site, we may send hashed versions of identifiers you provide (e.g., email) to Google to help measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This is done only in line with your cookie/consent choices and applicable law, and the data is not used to identify you by us.
You can opt out of targeted advertising by:

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
For Enhanced Conversions, we retain only the minimum event-level records necessary to perform attribution and maintain campaign reporting, and we do not retain the hashed payloads longer than necessary for this purpose. We do not use Enhanced Conversions data to build individual profiles.
REVIEWS IN THE ONLINE STORE
The Customer of the Online Store has the possibility to write a voluntary and free of charge review about purchases made at the Online Store. The review may also be a rating or a photo of the purchased product in the Online Store.
After completing purchases in the Online Store, the Seller provides the necessary data to create an email invitation to the company handling the survey process. The dispatch of surveys and the process of collecting opinions through forms are fully managed by TrustMate SA, located at Bartoszowicka 3, 51-641 Wrocław. TrustMate SA sends the customer an email requesting a review along with a link to an online form allowing its submission. The online form enables responses to the Seller's questions regarding purchases, their evaluation, the addition of a personal description of the review, and the inclusion of a photo of the purchased product. In the event of not providing an opinion after receiving the first invitation, TrustMate may resend the invitation.
A review can only be added by a customer who has made a purchase in the Seller’s Online Store.
Reviews written by the Customer are published by the Seller in the Online Store and on the TrustMate.io business card.
Writing a review may not be used by the Customer for unlawful acts, in particular acts constituting unfair competition against the Seller, or actions that violate personal interests, property rights, intellectual rights, or any other rights of the Seller or the third parties.
A review can only be made to actually purchased products in the Seller’s Online Store. It is prohibited to create fictitious/sham sales contracts in order to make a review. Neither the Seller nor its employees can be the authors of reviews, regardless of the basis of employment.
A submitted review can be removed by its author at any time.
