Replace the fan in the Unifi Dream Machine Pro with a standard PWM connector-based fan. This allows for the replacement with a quieter fan like a Noctua fan, that uses a standard 4 pin fan header.
Please note, this adapter is based on a direct replacement of the BFB0712VHD-SM fan from Delta Electronics. Please ensure this is the fan you are replacing. This header is a small 4-pin connector, and measures ~6.8mm across. Please check your dimensions carefully to ensure suitability.
