EU Orders from 1st July 2026 - From the 1st July 2026 the EU has implemented a duty on all imports of €3 per item.  This duty is in addition to the VAT we pay on your behalf, collected at checkout.  We are making every effort to pay this fee on your behalf, however different customs handle this differently.  Please be aware depending on your location, you may be asked to pay the fee directly, if you are please get in touch with us!  For more information see: July 2026 EU Duty

Preorder items

Items listed as Preorder are not currently in our UK warehouse. They ship direct from suppliers or via our UK warehouse — typically within 1–3 weeks depending on location. Placing a preorder ensures you receive the item as quickly as possible. Contact us for a delivery estimate before ordering.

Current delays & service notes


South America — averaging 4–6 weeks
We dispatch within 24 hours but local customs processing in South America is causing significant delays. Tax ID numbers are required for Brazil, Chile, and Mexico — see below.

Israel — averaging 3–6 weeks
Extended transit times due to ongoing regional conflict. Items are dispatched within 24 hours but we cannot control international postal routing or customs.

Finland — customs adds approximately 1 week
Ensure your order includes a valid email and phone number for Posti notifications. VAT is pre-paid via IOSS — if Finnish customs request VAT payment on delivery, refuse and contact us. We include IOSS documentation on all parcels.

Country-specific import charges


France — Taxe sur les Petits Colis (TPC) from 1 March 2026
Applies to low-value imports (under €150) into mainland France, Monaco, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and La Réunion.
• €2 per item + French VAT on that fee
• If not prepaid, your carrier may add a handling fee of approximately €8 per shipment
We aim to prepay this charge on your behalf but this is not guaranteed.

Italy — €2 customs administration fee from 1 January 2026
A €2 fee applies to parcels from outside the EU valued at €150 or less (including gifts). Separate from VAT — collected at delivery by Italian authorities. VAT is already included at checkout via IOSS. More information.

Romania — RON 25 (~£4.35) logistics charge from 1 January 2026
Mandatory per-shipment charge for parcels from outside the EU valued at €150 or less. This is the sender's responsibility — no action required from you at delivery. VAT is collected via IOSS as normal.

EU orders under €150 — VAT included at checkout


Registered for IOSS since 1 September 2023
VAT for all eligible EU countries is charged at the point of order — you will not receive customs VAT charges on delivery for orders under €150 including shipping. More information and eligible countries.

Worldwide orders and EU orders over €150 — customs duties may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. To pre-pay customs duties visit our eBay store where these can be settled at order level.

Tax ID required — email us when ordering

The countries below require a personal tax ID for customs clearance. Email your ID to questions@gpuconnect.com when placing your order. Without it, your shipment will be held — customs will refuse entry.
