Important Notice: Canada Post Strike – Shipping Temporarily Suspended

Canada Post have informed us that an agreement in principle has been reached with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW).
Whilst this is progressing and as the parties work to finalize the agreements for signing all parties have agreed to suspend all strike activity.
Due to a nationwide strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), Canada Post has suspended mail and parcel operations across the country.
As a result, Royal Mail and other international postal carriers are currently unable to hand over parcels to Canada Post for delivery.

What this means for our customers in Canada
- Standard shipping via Royal Mail is temporarily unavailable.
- Orders placed with standard delivery will not be dispatched until Canada Post resumes operations.
- Customers are advised to select an Express Courier option (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) at checkout if delivery is required during the strike
- We are closely monitoring the situation and will restore postal delivery as soon as service resumes.
